Pierce Brosnan Prefers Charlize Theron to Angelina Jolie

Former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan has declared he is more interested in Charlize Theron than in Angelina Jolie.

Calling on producers to cast the Monster actress in the sequel to The Thomas Crown Affair, the British actor says, “Nothing against Angelina Jolie. I think she’s a magnificent actress.

“But Charlize has a poise about her and has an inner strength and femininity which I really like to watch.”

There have been previous reports that Jolie will be cast in Brosnan’s follow-up movie, but the actor admits he prefers to work with Theron.

Brosnan is scheduled to start filming for the new movie in 2009, but has yet to know the identity of the actress who will star opposite him.
