Ed McMahon Sues for Broken Neck

The former Johnny Carson right hand man has decided to sue a host of people whom he alleged has something to do with a fall that left him in pain and unable to work. Last year, the octogenarian fell from a flight of stairs at billionaire Robert Day’s home as he attempted to climb what McMahon described as “unsafe entry stairs.”

E! News reports that the 85-year-old has already filed a suit in the Los Angeles Superior court for negligence, premises liability, battery, fraud and elder abuse. He has impleaded Day and his wife Kelly, along with the doctors at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as defendants.
