Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook Settle Divorce

The settlement came when Brinkley’s lawyers and her fourth husband reached an out-of-court decision that gives the supermodel custody of the couple’s two children.

After an all-night meeting, all issues between the two were reportedly given resolution. Both parties agreed that Brinkley would give Cook $2.1 million, but she would get to keep the 18 properties in the Hamptons, the center of the dispute. The agreement also states that the ex-husband will have visitation rights time with their children.

During the sixth day of the trial, several unsavory details about Cook’s affair with Diana Bianchi were disclosed. Brinkley and Cook were married for ten years before the latter had an affair with the teenage Bianchi, whom he met in a toy store.

While a prenuptial agreement between the two was drawn, they still managed to deal with issues of child custody and properties that the ex-husband advised the supermodel to buy in the Hamptons.
