Twins: The Latest Hollywood Fad?

Marcia Cross, Julia Roberts, Nancy Grace, Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, and
now Rebecca Romijn.
More and more Hollywood actresses are having twins. Multiple pregnancies are
seemingly becoming a craze in tinseltown.
Talk has it that the majority of these compounded conceptions are courtesy of
IVF, or in vitro fertilization.
According to medical experts, there’s a great possibility that these women
have undergone in vitro fertilization to conceive twins.
While 17% of younger women suffer from infertility, women aged 35 to 39 have
infertility rates that can go as high as 23%.
Cross, who had her twins at 44, came clean and admitted she underwent IVF
before conceiving her girls.
Jolie’s Knox and Vivienne, according to US Weekly, were conceived through
IVF, but is yet to be confirmed.
However, the other actresses deny going through the procedure.
Lopez, who had Max and Emme at 38, denies undergoing IVF. Roberts, who was 37
when she had her set, says it runs in the family. Grace was 48 when she had
hers, but isn’t spilling the beans.
Now, 35-year-old Romijn, who recently broke the “twins” news together with
husband Jerry O’Connell, denies any medical involvement in the conception.
