Rihanna Goes Back to Work
Following reports of abuse and violence involving boyfriend Chris Brown, pop princess Rihanna has returned to the studio to prepare for her forthcoming project.
The Disturbia hitmaker hit headlines last month after she and Brown got involved in an altercation that allegedly ended up with Brown attacking her.
The RnB prince has been charged with two felony assault charges for the reported beating, which left Rihanna in need of medical attention for the cuts and bruises she allegedly sustained.
Brown is out on a $50,000 bond and was given a continuance during Thursday’s hearing. He is scheduled to return to court on April.
A month after the contentious issue, Rihanna is now making an effort to move on from the controversial incident and is now back at work to begin recording new material for her upcoming album, reveals Grammy-winning producer Adonis Shropshire.
"You have to remember, she's a kid still," Shropshire tells E! Online. “So with anybody who goes through something in the world, you have to bring yourself out of it, so I guess her refuge is her music."
The producer provides a glimpse into what Rihanna is currently working on, saying, "This is definitely going to be an eclipse of what she's done before. It's going to be hot."
Meanwhile, Brown is also said to be spending late nights in the recording studio a month after the alleged attacks.
